E-ES: Elasticsearch Is No Longer Working After Windows Update (Doc ID 2920622.1)

Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)


Elasticsearch  is no longer working after Windows update.
The following error is observed in the Integration Broker errorLog.html log file (<PS_HOME>\webserv\<DOMAIN_NAME>\applications\peoplesoft\PSIGW.war\WEB-INF\errorlog.html).

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Perform Windows Update on the Elasticsearch server.
2. Test the Search functionality.
3. Note that the search is no longer working and observe the errors in the log files..
