E-MCF: MCF_UID VALUE Returns the Wrong Email and Attachment From the MCF Samples Page

Symptoms
When using the UID to retrieve an email with an attachment from the Multi-Channel Framework (MCF) sample pages, the wrong email and attachment are returned.
Steps to replicate:
-----------------------------
1) Log into PIA, and navigate to PeopleTools > Multi-Channel Framework > Email > Sample Email Page.
2) Use the Integration Broker (IB) Node name and MCF Server/OAuth2 service application value to connect to the email server.
3) From the ReadHeaders dropdown list, select ReadEmails with Attachments. For test purposes, only two emails are returned.
4) Obtain the UID value from email #2, insert the UID value in the "Access an Email" window, select ReadEmails with Attachments, and click Fetch.
5) Observe that the page returns the email and attachment information from email #1.

Changes
Site moved from using IMAP to OAuth2. When using OAuth2, the encrypted UID string generated was 150 characters, while the MCF_UID value stored in the database is only 70 characters long.
