Symptoms

There is an issue with the search results on PT 8.60 grids where, once sorted on a column other than the default, the result displayed when clicking on a row is not the one selected but rather the one that was there in the default sort order.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Case#1

1. Navigate to Menu>PeopleTools>Integration Broker>Integration Setup>Node Definitions
2. Click Search with no criteria. All results should be displayed
3. Sort on Local Node and click on the first entry, Eg: ERP
4. It will open AIA node definition instead of ERP
Note: This issue can happen in any Grid Search.

Case#2

1: Navigate to Job Data Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
2: Search for employee by last name. For example, enter "BUTLER" in the Last name field OR in the First name field
3. Click on Search and search results will appear.
4. Click on view all.
5. Double-click on the "Name" column to sort the names accordingly. (Sort the Search Results grid by Name. Sort the grid twice).

After sorting click the employee AB,C component doesn't open the employee ABC instead its opening BAC.
