Symptoms
Users are not able to see the Load More button when they open Approvals tiles in the Portal environment, but they can see the button in content provider system.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Portal Environment.
2. Click Approval tile.
3. Observe there is no Load More button.
