Supplier Change Request Workflow Email Notification Not Sent After Re-submitting the Change Request Into Approval One More Time (Doc ID 2922034.1)

Symptoms


System is not sending an Email notification when the supplier change request is resubmitted again for approval, first submit is sending email but if the change request has been pushed back then no email will be sent to the requester


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to : Suppliers > Supplier Change Request > Initiate Supplier Change and create a new change request.
  2. Requester will receive an email confirming that the change request has been submitted.
  3. Sign in as approver and navigate to : Suppliers > Supplier Change Request > Change Request Approval.
  4. Push back the request and don't approve it.
  5. As requester sign in and navigate to : Suppliers > Supplier Change Request > Initiate Supplier Change and edit the request and resubmit it.
  6. Notice that at this point no email will be sent again to the requester.
