Symptoms
Clicking on Delegation email link causes 'Not Authorized...' message when page opens
STEPS
1. PeopleTools > Notification > Notification Administration > select Notification Settings >
2. Enterprise Components > Delegation > Installation Settings > No change made to delivered setup
3. Enterprise Components > Delegation > Transaction Category > Payables – Payables Transactions listed
4. Run delegation emails
5. The process end with no reault
Before img 40 the link generated in the delegation emails looks like 'Domain/PSP/IHPRD...'.
After img 40 upgrade the link looks like 'Domain/PSC/IHPRD...' The PSP has changed to PSC in the link.
When click on the link from the email, instead of opening the delegation management page like it used to, getting error message:
"You are not Authorized to access this component (40,20)"
