E-PIA: When Hitting Enter on the Keyboard After Inputting a New Search Value, the Displayed Search Results are not Updated (Doc ID 2922174.1)

Symptoms

When a user hits Enter on the keyboard after inputting a new search value, the displayed search results are not updated. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Integration Setup > Node Definitions.
2. Search for nodes beginning with the letter “E”.
3. Click on the first node brought back (EIM).
4. Click Return to Search.
5. Now search for nodes beginning with “PSFT” and hit enter on the keyboard. The result set is not updated and still displaying the nodes beginning with the letter “E”.
6. If you click on the first entry (EIM) it actually pulls up node PSFT_AP_VCHR_XML. So the results being shown on the screen after hitting Enter on the keyboard to search are not being updated but somehow in the backend it is.
7.When hitting Return to Search the appropriate nodes are now being displayed in the result set that begin with “PSFT”.
