Exporting Data To Excel From Procurement Contract Review Releases Exports With Current Purchase Order Date Instead of The Actual Date On the Page (Doc ID 2922347.1)

Symptoms

When downloading the " Purchase Order Staged Releases " lines from the contract release page to Excel sheet, the PO date which is in the past appear on the downloaded excel sheet as today's date.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Procurement Contracts > Add/Update Contract > Find Existing Value,, Find any existing contract and open it.
2. Press on the Contract Releases hyper link, a new page will open.
3. Press on second tab : "review Releases" then press on the "Download Purchase Order Staged Releases Table to Excel"
4. Download the created excel sheet and open it.
5. Notice that the PO date is showing today's date not the actual PO date.
