E-508: Screen Reader Users Don't Receive Information about Unread/New Notificiations (Doc ID 2922368.1)

Symptoms

There is no indicator of how many notifications the user has or how to access the notifications.

Example replication with User AADAMS who has 0 notifications: 
1. Login with AADAMS with "Enable Screen Reader Mode" selected
2. Tab to the Notifications section
3. The screen reader user does not know whether there are new notifications or not. A badge is shown to visual users but this is not announced through the screen reader.
