Symptoms

The "Previous home page button" (<) and "Next homage page button" (>) have no function or purpose when there is only one homepage. To the screen reader user this information is meaningless and causes confusion. 

Steps to replicate:
1. Login with Screen Reader Mode enabled
2. Tab to either the Previous Homepage or Next Homepage buttons.
3. The information provided to the user does not have value.
