Page And Field Configurator Not Triggering Required Field (LOCATION) On Component PERS_POI_ADD

Symptoms
After configuring PERS_POI_ADD Component in Page and Field Configuration to make LOCATION a required field, the system still allows a blank value for LOCATION when adding a POI Relationship.
An error message should be implemented in order to inform the user that the required field is not filled in and it will not allow to save the data without entering it.
Error Message:
"The Field Location is a required Field. Enter date into the field (18111,25031) You have not entered data into all the required fields"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure the PERS_POI_ADD Component in Page and Field Configuration.
Navigation: Enterprise Components > Page and Field Configuration > Page and Field Configurator
2. Make SCRTY_KEY2 and SCRTY_KEY3 field as required.
3. Validate the configuration.
4. Apply Map to Portal Registry.
5. Use ‘Add a Person’ to create a new POI (other)
Navigation: Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Add a Person
6. In Add a Person page, leaving Value 2 field blank. This is configured to be a required field.
7. Click Save.
