Symptoms
PUM44 SQL of record view TL_JOBCODE2_VW allows inactive records to be displayed.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Navigate to Define Job Code. Then insert a new row in Job Code Table to set Job Code Inactive (use SetID = GY001 Job Code = 100000). Save the record.
2. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Time and Labor > Rules and Workgroups > Value List.
3. Enter List Id = GSCTST and select List Type = Jobcode then click Add New Value then click Add.
4. Keep current date as the effective date then enter Description = Test.
5. Click on hour glass under List Item then enter Job Code Setid = GY001 in the Lookup Item then click Search to see below values. Note: Inactive value displays in the list.
