Symptoms
Residency is not being updated in Personal Information (Student) when processing custom application
We updated our system from PUM 17 to PUM 26 last weekend and since then residency information is not being updated from our custom applications for continuing ed students. This is similar to BUG 30979049 but we have the fix in our system.

This does seem to only affect updates to the Residency table (PS_RESIDENCY_OFF). The data is appearing on the staging table, PS_SCC_STG_RES_OFF. We have been manually adding the data to the Residency table.
Due to this issue, users need to enter residency information manually.
