When running Create CPF-PAL Internet SGP process, the process fails with following error in the Log file:

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Ensure employee's citizenship status is Foreign ID Card Holder as of or prior to 1 Apr 2022,Workforce Administration--Personal Information--Citizenship--Identification Data SGP
2. Terminate employee as of 23 Apr 2022,Workforce Administration--Job Data
3. Run and Finalize Apr 2022 payroll, Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt--Absence and Payroll Processing--Calculate Absence and Payroll
4. Make employee as Permanent Citizen, Enter PR date = 22 Apr 2022, Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Citizenship > Identification Data SGP
5. Run and finalize Offcycle Payroll for Apr 2022 (provide cpf ordinary wages contributions as additional payments ),Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt--Absence and Payroll Processing-- Off Cycle--Off Cycle      On Demand
6. Run CPF Reporting Data Process (Run to success), Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Authority Correspondence > Create CPF Reporting Data SGP
7. Run CPF PAL Process (Run to No Success), Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Authority Correspondence > Create CPF-PAL Internet SGP
