GPES: When Calculation Retro from Correction Calendar, the Payslip is Incorrectly Generated (Doc ID 2922950.1)

Symptoms

When generating the Recalculation Corrective payslip, the data is no longer generated if the last active period of the employee is prior the corrective period.

Steps to replicate the issue:

   1. Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence  and Payroll Processing > Calculate Payroll: Finalize for e.g. January 2021.
   2. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Manage Job Tile > Create Job Action:  Terminate the employee as for e.g. Feb 20th 2021.
   3. Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence  and Payroll Processing > Calculate Payroll: Finalize for e.g. January 2021.: Finalize February and March 2021 Payroll.
   4. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Manage Job Tile > Create Job Action:: Increase salary for the Employee retroactively, starting with January 2021.
   5. Setup HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Framework > Calendars > Calendars: Create a correction calendar for March 2021
   6. Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence  and Payroll Processing > Calculate Payroll: Run March 2021 correction calendar
   7. Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt, Payslips, Create/Print Payslips ESP, Create/Print Payslips ESP : Run Payslip for March correction 2021 using 'Recalculated option'
