Goal

How to allow multiple Manager Self-Service (MSS) transactions submitted for an employee on the same day?

For example, Manager attempts to submit one transaction for an employee such as a Supervisor change and then, another transaction for Ad Hoc Salary change.

Manager receives following Error Message: A 'Request Reporting Change' transaction is already in progress. New transaction cannot be initiated until previous transaction is complete.
