AA Report Counts In Progress Courses Multiple Times (Doc ID 2923798.1)

Symptoms


When a student is enrolled in the same course ID for both fall and winter terms, and neither course is graded, both courses are being applied to meet requirements in All Stats requirements. This occurs even when the earlier course has in INC (incomplete) grade.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enroll a student in the same course for Fall and Spring semester
2. Leave both ungraded
3. Run an AA report for the student
