Symptoms

VIR [VAT Input Recoverable] and VIN [VAT Input Non Recoverable] entries are not getting generated for distribution lines where the GL BU coded on the distribution lines is not matching the AP BU (voucher header BU).

Steps:

   2. VAT entity setup: for testing purpose, use FRA01V, FRA03V which are linked to different GL BUs (FRA01, respective FRA03).
Navigation (Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > VAT and Intrastat > Value Added Tax > VAT Entity)

   3. Create a VAT voucher with 1 line and 3 distribution lines where the GLBU coded on one distribution lines (FRA03) is not matching the voucher header BU (FRA01) - ie. Inter Unit transactions.
Navigation ( Accounts Payable > Vouchers > Add/Update > Regular Entry)

   4. Run Voucher Posting.
Navigation (Accounts Payable > Batch Processes > Vouchers > Voucher Posting)

   5. Review Accounting Entries.
Navigation (Accounts Payable > Review Accounts Payable Info> Vouchers > AP Accounting Entries)

VIR [VAT Input Recoverable] entries are not getting generated for distribution lines where the GL BU coded on the distribution lines is not matching the voucher header BU

NOTE: The same results occur in case of VIN [VAT Input Non Recoverable] scenario.
