Symptoms
Clicking on 'Edit ChartFields' link from 'Job Data' Page's Payroll Tab causes the 'Combination Code' label on 'ChartField Common Component' (HMCF_HRZNTL_CFLD) page to be misaligned.
Issue occurs when using Chrome/Edge browsers.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data.
2. Add a new Job record with Effective Date as today.
3. Go to Payroll tab.
4. Click the Edit ChartFields link.
