EGL9.2. Budget Overview Inquiry Does Not Sort Negative Balances Correctly In "Available Balance" Column

Symptoms
When inquiring on Budget Overview results panel and sorting by the "Available balance" column, negative balances aren't in numerical order.
Issue can be replicated following the next steps :
1.Check if commitment control is active for GL using Setup Financial>Install>Installation Options>Products
2.Go to Commitment Control>Review Budget Activities>Budget Overview and inquire for BU US005 and Ledger group CC_ORG and period 2022 for all accounts and departments
3.On Budget overview Results grid, there are 2 negative balances on Available Budget column.
4.Click on Available Budget to sort, and the sorting for negative balances is incorrect – either sorting asc or desc.
