Incorrect Course List Description Is Appearing When Adding New Effective Dated Row On the Academic Item Registry (AIR) Page. (Doc ID 2925718.1)

When the user attempts to add effective dated row on the Academic Item Registry (AIR) Descriptions on Course Lists, the description shows from the old effective dated row.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Curriculum Management > Academic Item Registry > Academic Item Registry (AIR)
2. Search on Academic Item ID (Example 000000427)
3. Add the New Effective Dated Row & Change the Course ID 
4. Click OK to Save. 
5. Search on the Item and the New Description shows
6. Now Click on Find References
7. Click on the third link – Economics Part 2 Required Courses, then go to the second tab, Item Details. 
8. Add a new Effdt row – description shows from the OLD effdt row
