Enhancement Idea: Employees are not Restricted to Use the New Marital Status as the Current One

Symptoms
Employees can submit the new Marital status same as the current Marital status, which ideally should not be allowed.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Employee Self Service Fluid Homepage > Personal Details Tile > Marital Status
2. The Current Status is Single and the Employee has the option to add the New Status Single even though this is the actual status
