On : 9.2 version, Taxes
Employee is trying to update their W-4 and is able to process all the way through receiving the acknowledgement in pdf form that -"The changes you have made to your Employee Withholding Allowance Certificate have been successfully submitted on
yyyy-mm-dd. You can scroll to the next page to view your saved data or print/save a copy of this document for your records.
The employee then receives the email below:
“Your tax withholding request on yyyy-mm-dd for the following Company and Jurisdiction has failed"
In addition, the record did not update either.
