Symptoms
After a recent PeopleTools and Elasticsearch upgrade, no results returned when searching. In the Integration Broker Gateway log file (errorLog.html) normally located at:
<PS_CONFIG_HOME>\webserv\peoplesoft\applications\peoplesoft\PSIGW.war\WEB-INF
The following error occurs:
The above error is false because the user does indeed have the required permission lists for the service operation GETSECURITYVALUES_GET, which are:
PTPT1000 PeopleSoft User
PTPT3300 Search Server
