Symptoms
The view SSR_RI_OPCV_NLD does not return an exact END_DT but an END_DT plus a quarter or half a day.
When a program has length in months, and this is not a multiple of 4, the outcome of the addition term is a fraction instead of an integer, making END_DT not an exact date. This
causes issues when comparing this date to dates in other tables (e.g. SSR_RI_MOPC_NLD) where it always is an exact date, leading to infinite delivery to DUO without reason.
