Template Assignment Not Working For Users In Offboarding (Doc ID 2927456.1)

Symptoms

After setting up a template assignment in Offboarding with two different company codes in the Template Assignment criteria, when logged in as the user based in either of the company codes a different page asking for parameters is being displayed.

Steps to replicate the issue:

  1. As administrator define off-boarding with two templates each one for a different company.
  2. As Employee try to access the Off-boarding activity guide.
