HCM 9.2: While Using the Action as 'Position Change' on the Transaction Configuration page, the Manager cannot Edit the Fields Full/Part Time Or Hours

Symptoms
When submitting a Guided Self Service Transaction, the Manager is not able to edit the Full/Part Time or Hours Fields while using the Action As 'Position Change'.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Login as an Administrator: Navigate to Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Guided Self Service > Transaction Configuration > Configuration: choose transaction ID: HR_FULL_PART_STATUS
On the Questionnaire Grid> Actions Tab: Set the Action to Position Change and Action/Reason: Job Re-Classification
On the Questionnaire Grid> Pages : Page Fields Hyperlink : Set Full/Part Time and Standard Hours as Visible.
2. Login as the Manager : Manager Self Service Fluid Homepage > My Team Tile
Select a Direct Report and initiate the following Guided Self Service Transaction
Job and Personal Information > Change Full/Part Time or Hours
Observe: Full/Part Time or Hours Fields cannot be edited
