Symptoms
Mandatory Learning Enrollment process (Application Engine LM_ML_ENROLL) for over 70000 Learners, running for over 16 hours.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as an Administrator
2. Navigate to Menu > Enterprise Learning > Learner Tasks > Mandatory Learning > Mandatory Enrollments
3. Add a run control, check the checkbox "
4. Also, the Process Asynchronous Data (AE LM_LD_ASYNC) should be running at the same time.
5. Then, click the Run button, and run the Mandatory Learning Enrollment process (AE LM_ML_ENROLL)
