EPY: Family Medical Leave (FML) Taxes For The State of Oregon And Colorado Are Not Reflecting On The Paychecks after Tax Update 22-E (Doc ID 2929911.1)

Symptoms

After applying the Program Funding Configuration and setting up Company State Tax Table and Updating Employee Taxes, the FML taxes - Family Medical Leave Ins EE and Family Medical Leave Ins ER are not reflecting on the paychecks for the employees for Oregon (OR) and Colorado (CO)

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up Employee Tax Data in January 2023:
    - Navigation: Payroll for North America > Employee Pay Data USA > Tax Information > Update Employee Tax Data
a.  Federal Tax Data
     - Set  Effective Date: 12/31/2022 
b.  State Tax Data
      - Employee is OR Resident and UI Jurisdiction
    Other Program Details
     - P001 - Active - Subject
2. Create paysheets
      - Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Create and Load Paysheets > Create Paysheets
4. Calculate Payroll
      - Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll
5.  Review Paycheck
      - Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Review Paycheck
      - On the Tax Tab, notice that FML/EE and FML/ER is not recognized.

Changes

 Program funding Configuration was introduced in Tax Update 22-D (PUM Image 44) and Colorado and Oregon updates were delivered with Tax Update 22-E / PUM Image 45.
