508 Accessibility Issue - Screen Readers (JAWS/NVDA) Are Not Reading All Details When Tabbing Through the Fluid Approval Requisition Page. (Doc ID 2930017.1)

Symptoms

When traversing through the fluid approval (requisition) page using tab button(from keyboard)in screen reader mode with NVDA or JAWS.

NVDA/JAWS is not reading the following details of a requisition:

• Transaction Type

• Description

• Transaction information

• Status

• Routed date

Steps:

1) Navigate to PeopelTools > Personalization > Personalization Options & search for PPTL.
2) In the Define Personalizations page, select the Format tab.
3) Select the ‘Set Option Default Value’ hyperlink for the ‘Access’ user option. Select the Option Default Value as ‘Screen Reader Mode on’. Click Ok.
4) Navigate to the Fluid Home Page > Employee Self-Service.
5) Now click on the approval tile.
6) Now select the Requisition tab.
7) Select one requisition approval transaction.
8) Now Press Tab on the keyboard, the control/cursor jumps to view the details hyperlink. the following fields on the page were missed when tabbing through the page:

• Transaction Type

• Description

• Transaction information

• Status

• Routed date
