How To Copy A Pivot Grid Between Different PeopleTools Versions

PeopleTools Pivot Grid Tables between different PeopleTools Versions may involve changes in Table Fields.
For example when copying Pivot Grid models between PeopleTools 8.57 and PeopleTools 8.59 the DMS script generated through Main Menu > Reporting Tools > Pivot Grid > Pivot Grid Administration > Exporting and Importing Pivot Grid Models errors out when applied onto PeopleTools 8.59. The PTPG_DISPDP_VAL was not found in PeopleTools 8.57 and errors out when going through PeopleSoft  trying to use the DMS scripts created from 8.57 onto 8.59.

Pivot Grid migration from 8.57 to 8.59 fails due to different PSPGCHARTOPT table structure.

Failed SQL stmt: INSERT INTO PSPGCHARTOPT (PTPG_PGRIDNAME, PTPG_VIEWNAME, USERID, PTPG_CHART_TYPE, PTPG_CHART_TITLE, PTPG_XAXIS_LABEL, PTPG_XAXIS_ANGLE, PTPG_YAXIS_LABEL, PTPG_YAXIS_ANGLE, PTPG_YAXIS_FORMAT, PTPG_CHART_HEIGHT, PTPG_CHART_WIDTH, PTPG_EXPLODEDPIE, PTPG_CHPRECISION, PTPG_3DROT_ANGLE, PTPG_CHART_COLOR, PTPG_CHART_LEGEND, PTPG_FOOTER_ID, PTPG_HEADER_ID, PTPG_CHRT_SUBTITLE, PTPG_CHRT_FOOTER) VALUES (:1, :2, :3, :4, :5, :6, :7, :8, :9, :10, :11, :12, :13, :14, :15, :16, :17, :18, :19, :20, :21)
