Self-Service Ethnic Background Fluid Profile Page Displays Primary Check Box When Show Primary Setup Is Unchecked (Doc ID 2932553.1)

Symptoms

When the user attempts to add Ethnic Background, the Primary check box appeared on the page. In the Setup SACR>Common Definitions>Self Service Ethnicity Setup, Show primary is unchecked.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Setup SACR > Common Definitions > Self Service Ethnicity Setup
2. Select Functional Area = Profile & Show Primary is Unchecked
3. Save the Changes
4. Goto Student Homepage > Profile Tile >Ethnicity
5. Click Add Background
