Symptoms
CFDI XML file has been rejected by SAT with the following response:
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Calculate a Calendar Group with retro calculation where the retro adjustments results in zero for the employee.
- Finalize the Calendar Group.
- Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payslips > Create/Print Payslips MEX and generate the CFDI file.
- Send the CFDI XML file to to SAT and it will be rejected.
