Symptoms

CFDI XML file has been rejected by SAT with the following response:

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Calculate a Calendar Group with retro calculation where the retro adjustments results in zero for the employee.
  2. Finalize the Calendar Group.
  3. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payslips > Create/Print Payslips MEX and generate the CFDI file.
  4. Send the CFDI XML file to to SAT and it will be rejected.
