E-PIA/WF: Back Button On Approval Pages Not Functioning Consistently (Doc ID 2934167.1)

Symptoms

The Back button (top left Back button) on the fluid approval tiles does not function in a consistent manner when inside an approval transaction. The Back button sometimes sends users all the way back to the dashboard, or returns to a page with no transactions on it.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
-------------------------------------------------------------
1. Log into a Financials (FSCM) Demo environment.

2. Navigate to the fluid approval tile (Navigation: xxx).

3. Click on any approval transaction that contains a link to the transaction in edit mode (e.g. Purchase Orders or Requisitions).

4. Click on the 'Edit Requisition' or 'Edit Purchase Order' link.

5. At the top left, click on the Back button (Pending Approvals).

6. Observe that the page is the Requisition Approval page instead of the Pending Approvals page.
