Symptoms
After upgrade to ELM 9.2 PUM #22, when log in as Learner, from Find Learning receive an error message.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Learner
2. navigate to Main Menu -> Learning Home -> Find Learning
3. click, search, received error message
