Beneficiary Count on Life Tiles in Fluid Benefits Enrollment Incorrect

Symptoms
The count of beneficiaries shown on the Life tile in Fluid Benefits Enrollment is incorrect. It does not include any new or existing beneficiaries of Dependent Beneficiary Type of Beneficiary and inconsistently includes individuals with a Dependent Beneficiary Type of Both.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee who has at least one beneficiary for a Life Insurance plan who has a Dependent Beneficiary Type of Beneficiary navigates to Employee Self Service homepage > Benefits Enrollment tile.
2. Note that the beneficiary count is incorrect on the Life Insurance tile.
3. Select the Life Insurance tile.
4. Select the Add/Update Beneficiary button.
5. Select the Add Individual button.
6. Enter and save a new individual with a Relationship that will assign a Dependent Beneficiary Type of Both.
7. Click Done.
8. Modify the allocation of the Life benefit, adding the new beneficiary.
9. Click Done.
10. Note that the beneficiary count on the Life tile does not change.
