Symptoms
When using a run control for the Budget Journal Post process, getting 'Page Data Inconsistent' error on the run control page.
Steps:
1.Run a Budget Journal Post Process for any journal, do not close this tab [Commitment Control > Post Control Budget Journals]
2.Ensure that the process completes first before doing next step, this is monitored in a separate tab
3.Go back to the original tab, change the journal id range but only update the FROM JOURNAL ID to “0000000801”, leave the TO JOURNAL ID the same “0000000800” (“0000000800” is an invalid value)
4.When click Save, get 'Page Data Inconsistent' error
