HCM 9.2: When Trying to Add a New Effective Dated Row In Fluid Position Data, Receive an Error Message, SecurityException: You do not have access to delete List (Doc ID 2937154.1)

Symptoms

From Manage Positions, if a HR Admin deletes a row for a Position from fluid Manage Positions and another HR Administrator attempts
 to add a row to the same Position with same effective date, receive an error message.
 

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Change the HR Administrator role security in Manage Position -Manage Positions -Activity Guide Template to Contributor
2. Log in as HR Admin 1 and create a new position
3. Add another effective dated row to same position with same ID
4. Delete the row added at Step3
5. Log in as a different HR Admin 2 and try to add the row that was deleted at step 4 for the same effective date and effective seq.
6. HR Admin 2 receives an error message.
