ETL92: When Clicking The "Explanation" Exceptions Link On The Manage Exceptions Page, The Wrong Long Description Is Displayed

Symptoms
On the Manage Exceptions page, if there are multiple employees with exceptions, One employee’s exception description is displayed in another employee’s exception description when clicking the The "Explanation" Exceptions Link.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Login as Manager. Navigate to MSS > Team Time > Enter Time filter on selected employee.
2. Enter zero hours KUREG on Monday of the current week for selected employee empl_rcd 0. Then submit. Note exception triggered for the day.
3. Navigate to MSS > Time Management > Manage Search Options - Select Auto Populate Results under Loading of Matching Employees then save.
4. Navigate to MSS > Team Time > Manage Exceptions. Note: The list comes up displaying employee first with an exception of "TLX01560 - Quantity cannot be zero'.
5. Click the "Explanation" link for the selected employee's exception. Note: The long description does not match the exception... Quantity zero?
The long description shows - The Commitment Accounting Flag on the reported Taskgroup is not consistent with the Use_Distribution_Flag on the Time Reporter's Department.
