Symptoms
Blank Page opens when clicking on the Competencies and Interest Add button
In the "My Profile" tile there is a section for updating Competencies. When "Add/Update" is clicked on the same page, HCM URL gets loaded in a new Tab but the page gets loaded blank.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Login to FSCM and setup unified navigation with HCM
2. Access My Profile > Qualifications > Competencies and Interests and click on Add/update button and it takes to HCM
3. Here it shows a blank page
