Symptoms

IBlackboard throws an InvalidData error when Grade Request is sent from Student Administration Integration Pack in Campus Solutions because it is unable to handle a value of "Complete" for ResultStatusValue.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to import Grades from Blackboard or a third party Learning Management Service
2. Notice an error is thrown because the request cannot handle a value of Complete in resultStatusValue
