Symptoms


Get an error when saving the requisition if the one time address is not included

Note: In the Replication Steps, User Details / Company Names / Addresses / Emails / Telephone Numbers / Etc. are fictitious (based upon made-up data used in the Oracle DEMO Environments), any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

      1. Navigate : eProcurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain System Users and Roles > Role Action Name
            Disable NO_ONETIME_SHIPTO Role Action
      2. Login as VP1
      3. Navigate : eProcurement Tile > Create Requisition Tile
            Add an express item
            Go to Schedule page
            Enter one time address
            Click Done
      Note : Do not Save, Log out,
      4. Login as different User
            Add an item in Express Entry
            Go to Check out page
            Click Submit
      Note : User did not enter one time address
      Issue : Receive the error
