Symptoms
While using a Mobile Device to Create a Requisition, the Cart Button is Displaying Behind the CheckOut Button. The Cart and Checkout buttons on the Create Requisition page seems to move around depending on the device and whether the page is viewed in landscape or portrait.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using an iPad click on Create Requisition Tile
2. Add an Item
3. The Cart icon was hidden behind the checkout button
