Export Org Chart Displays Title From Terminated Empl Rcd (Doc ID 2938721.1)

The Export Org Chart (HR_ORG_EXP) app engine process is displaying the wrong Manager Title for some managers.  It is pulling the job title from the employees terminated Empl Rcd.
The Employee's EMPL RCD '0' is a terminated CWR record.  Their EMPL RCD '1' is the active EMP record.  The process should pull from their active EMPL RCD.
This causes us to have to review the output and manually update the job titles before publishing the org chart.  The title displays correctly in the PS Company Directory
but not in the export.

STEPS

The problem can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Navigation: Workforce Administrator homepage >HR Administration tile > Export Org Chart
2) Choose a a manager who has direct or indirect report managers with multiple EMPL RCDs where one EMPL RCD is termed.
