Getting Error: 'From' Purchase Order ID cannot be greater than 'To' Purchase Order ID. (10202,27) on PO Close Short Workbench Search Criteria (Doc ID 2938755.1)

On the PO Close Short Search Criteria page, the PO "From" and "To" fields cannot be updated. 
When a PO ID is updated in the "From" PO field and happens to be greater than PO "TO" ID system throws an error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Po Close Short Workbench page. Add a New Value. Go to: Menu > Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Manage Change Orders > PO Close Short Workbench
2. Select Purchase Orders. Enter with PO criteria
3. Select another PO range. PO from ‘0000000004’
4. When select PO 0000000004 and returns to search criteria getting the message: 'From' Purchase Order ID cannot be greater than 'To' Purchase Order ID. (10202,27)
5. Clear up PO. Still getting the message. Even when try to prompt PO the message is the same and it is not allowing to prompt list ‘to’ POs.
