PO Dispatch Creates Email With the Purchase Order Not in the Recipient's Language (Doc ID 2939046.1)

Symptoms

There is a language issue when on the PO Dispatch Run Control page, Recipient's Language is selected and the POXMLP process is run.

The PO document attached in the email is in English and not the Receipt's Language (DUTCH)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login in English (Multilanguage database)

Setup

2. Installation Option – Purchasing. Enable XML Publisher checked. Navigation: Menu > Setup Financials/Supply Chain < Install < Installation Options
3. Service Operations Active. Navigation: Menu > PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Integration setup > Service Operation Definitions
4. Queue Definitions 'Run'. Navigation: Menu > PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Integration setup > Queue Definitions
5. Setup File Extension/location setup for 'EMA' (email). Navigation: Menu > Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > File Locations and Images > Setup File Extensions/Locations
6. Dispatch Method for BU =’NLD01’. Transmit Change order checked. Navigation: Menu > Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > File Locations and Images > Setup File Extensions/Locations
7. Supplier Setup. At Address tab. Add supplier email and go to Location tab, hyperlink : Payable, section : Supplier Type Options. Preferred Language : ‘DUT’. Navigation: Menu > Suppliers > Supplier Information > Add/Update > Add/Update Supplier.


Replication Steps

8. Create PO for BU ‘NLD01’. Dispatch Method = ‘Email’. Navigation: Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Add/Update POs
9. Dispatch PO. Recipient’s Language checked. Select Process POXMLP to process. Navigation: Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Dispatch POs
10. Go to email. Open PO dispatch document attached. Email document attached in English.
