HRESP: Error Contrata SEPE

Symptoms
When sending a 200 contract type to SEPE, the following error is received as a response.
If the maximum number of hours of the labor agreement (1800 hours) is added, the standard field does not accept 4 characters (file format: sign 3.2).
For Part Time Hours the user can choose the frequency, but for Maximum Hours is not available.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Job Information > Contract Data > Update Contract ESP
2. Hours set to 40 hours.
3. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Workforce Reports > Print Contrata XML File ESP: Enter From/To Data and select the employee.
4. Run the Process.
5. Verify that the XML File and send it to SEPE.
When the file is received by SEPE it sends back to PeopleSoft the error message above.
