Drop Down List for Payroll for North America Pay Group On Payroll Page of Job Data Does Not Include New Pay Groups for Employees With Absence Management Absence System (Doc ID 2940430.1)

Symptoms

New Payroll for North America (PNA) and Absence Management Pay Groups were created; however, when trying to move an employee to the new PNA Pay Group, it was not included in the drop down list for the PNA Pay Group field on the Payroll Page of the Job Data component.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Add new Payroll for North America (PNA) Pay Groups (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing Controls > Pay Calendar Table).
     2. Add new Absence Management Pay Groups (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Framework > Organizational > Pay Groups)
     3. Add a new row on Job Data for an employee to be moved to the new PNA Pay Group (Navigation: Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data).
     4. See that new Pay Group is not included in the list of Pay Groups available on the Payroll page.
