E-FLUID: Interaction Hub Custom Branding Does Not Show When Navigating to Content Provider Pages

Symptoms
Create custom branding theme using Macrosets and apply it in Interaction Hub. Then update the ps_theme property in the Content Provider's Webprofile pointing to the Local Default Node of the Interaction Hub. Then, when users login to Interaction Hub they can see the custom branding theme, but the same does not show when navigating in the Content Provider's pages.
STEPS:
----------------------
1. Customize the header by applying a custom theme using macrosets in Interaction Hub.
2. Apply the same via ps_theme setting in webprofile for the Content Provider
3. Navigating to Content Provider pages the custom branded header is not shown. Instead, the default header is displayed.
