Symptoms

When re-running Full index for a search definition without re-deploy that has PSQuery as the source, it is supposed to delete the data in Elasticsearch and reindex, but the data delete is not happening in the Index leading to inaccurate data in the Elasticsearch index.

Steps:
--------

1) Deploy a search definition that has the source as PSQuery.

2) Run Full Index.

3) Remove some data related to it in PeopleSoft.

4) Without redeploying the definition, try to run full index again to replicate the issue.
